to 2 Michelin star dinning and 5 star corporate venue’s, at the most senior levels on an international scale, we at The Base Hospitality are ready now to share that wealth of information. We believe that it’s very important to know the provenance of where all of our ingredients are resourced in a sustainable and politically correct manor. Keeping our carbon trail to a minimum also inspires us to use as much fresh local produce as possible, and to be honest, we do not and will not use any mass over farmed products that also are genetically modified. We are located in the Perth metro area. That does not limit us to our coverage so we do consider any interests. We don't see any boundaries to what is the impossible because we firmly believe that anything is possible if every day you build upon those foundations from those past experiences. Our main passion is all about the food, but because of the duration we have already spent working within the hospitality industry, we see a massive need to start training and developing for the future. Over the recent years there has been a downfall in people seeking employment within this sector , so now we have a massive worldwide shortage of chef’s and also a lot of inexperienced people offering a second class standard of service.
