RESULTS:
π₯ Finished in 5:18, and had the pleasure of opening this challenge for Mikey, the owner of Burgerchinoβs β an absolute legend.
This one looked incredible before I even started, and somehow tasted even better. Easily one of the tastiest all-round challenges Iβve done in Adelaide.
I started with the ribs, which were packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. Straight into the mac n cheese balls next β crispy outside, soft and rich inside, and they didnβt last long.
From there it was the chips, cooked perfectly and easy to get through before moving into the brisket burger, which was spot on.
Then the pulled pork burger with pineapple was juicy, sweet, and packed with flavour, before finishing with the coleslaw, which was a nice fresh reset at the end of a heavy platter.
Whatβs even better is this can actually be ordered off the menu as a sharing platter for two hungry appetites β generous portions with two burgers, two drinks, and plenty to go around.
Clean finish. Got it done in just over five minutes.
