Frosty mornings 🤍 the perfect timing after a wedding yesterday and just as the dahlias reached full bloom

I didn’t think I’d get to see it in full bloom this season. It was such a slow start and I was late getting the last lot into the ground

I’ve had lots of people asking if I’ll still be selling tubers…YES!!
I’ll have plenty available this year as I scale back my on my quantities. My sale is expected for around October once they are ready for immediate shipping. I’ll announce a date closer to then on my website and social media (I don’t do email lists, sorry)

As I am approaching the end of another season, I wanted to share with my customers that I’ve made the decision to step back from Florabool and from growing flowers for the foreseeable future.

I will be back growing again when the timing is right, though Florabool will look a little different. I’ll most likely be focusing on wholesale trade only, which will work in better with the rest of our farm operations. Sadly, this means it will be the end of an era for all retail orders including the roadside stall, weddings and events for me.

For now, orders through the website will remain open until the 6th of April and the roadside stall will be open for the next two weekends (including extended Easter long weekend days, Thursday–Sunday). I may fit in a third weekend depending on how the flowers are holding up but I will decide this a bit closer 😊
