BALHYOSO 발효소 Nourishing family and the community with Korean fermented foods. BAL-HYO-SO means fermentary in Korean.

We handcraft small batches of traditional Korean fermented foods based on family recipe handed down from my grandmother. KIMCHI is a Korean traditional fermented side dish made with pickled vegetables and a variety of seasonings. Kimchi is rich in vitamins, mineral, dietary fiber and lactobacillus which helps your digestion.
