If you haven’t tried these lymphatic massage mitts , make sure you pop in and grab a pair.

I’ve been using mine again for a good couple of weeks and they are better than dry skin brushing as they have both sides of the mitt - a comb like side and a massage ball.
My skin is seriously so much more softer and I feel a bit shift in fluid , especially in my legs.

The lymphatic system gets missed a lot but it’s an important system for the removal of waste, fluid and build up from our bodies.

I went to my first gift fair in Brisbane last week🙌

I was so excited
Because I love bringing new natural products into Emerald
Something no one has yet
Something exciting
I also love supporting local brands
And new businesses….

As a mum of two, Raine understands the importance of communication, compassion, and practicality when supporting families. Her mission is to empower parents and individuals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to achieve long-term wellness.

THEY'RE HOME!

Aussie Mozi have officially arrived!

After months of organising, learning as we go, a few stressful moments and plenty of excitement, our very first production run under new ownership is finally here.

I’m giving you a running update on my latest skin cancer removal…..

Because getting your skin checked is important

This photo was about maybe a week after I had a pre cancerous skin piece taken off.

I am extra diligent with my check ups and am pretty good at spotting the suss ones that change.

I will update you next time to show you what I’ve been using to help the skin heal….

SUMMARY
✅keep out of the sun
✅get your skin checked by a good skin doctor
( I’m been seeing mine since 26 when I had my melanoma removed - let me see if I can find that photo for you…)
✅when needing to wear sunscreen make sure you pick a good clean one ( we have several options)
