"Can I add blood orange to this?" said everyone, ever during blood orange season! 🍹

Don’t let this deliciously sweet and refreshing cocktail trick you into a false sense of safety. As the name suggests, the tequila hit will creep up on you if you’re not careful!

Ingredients:

ice
50ml tequila
15ml Cointreau
1 large blood orange, or 2 small ones, juiced
½ lemon, juiced
Method:

STEP 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, Cointreau and fruit juices. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.

STEP 2
Fill a serving glass with ice cubes then carefully double strain the cocktail into it. Add more ice if needed to fill the glass and enjoy!
