NUMBER 1: The Grinch Cake that made it to the Cake Bake and Sweets Show and also won People’s Choice Awards from the Australian Cake Decorating Network. I thoroughly enjoyed making this cake which still ALWAYS brings a smile to my face 🟢🎂 -cakes

NUMBER 2: This would have to be one of my ALL TIME favs. Yes she’s all cake and I made her in a Masterclass with Carla Puig from Spain. This aviator girl pushed my sculpting capabilities to enrich all the methods and teachings away from my usual sugar work. ✈️🎂 -cakes
