We’re teaming up with this Saturday 20th and couldn’t resist giving you a little teaser 👀

Pictured: Fresh AF handmade triangoli filled with roast butternut pumpkin & ricotta to be paired with burnt butter, Shipwright’s English Bitter & crispy sage ✨

The nuttiness of the pumpkin, the richness of the burnt butter, and the malty backbone of Block’n Tackle’s Shipwright’s English Bitter make this one a proper winter warmer 🤌

Due to the possibility of rain and the limited indoor space, we’ll be running this one on a walk-in only basis. If the weather plays nice, we’ll spill out into the garden. If not, we’ll be keeping things cosy inside.

We’ve been a little quiet… but for good reason 👀🍝

Behind the scenes we’re moving into a new prep space (and yes, building it out at the same time… chaos, but the good kind 🤌).

Thanks for bearing with us while we get things dialled — we’ll be back towards the end of the month with some fresh pop-up dates and plenty of saucy goodness to make up for the silence.

What a night… 🖤🍝

Huge thanks to everyone who came down to our Like Minds Pop-Up — the love, the patience, the good vibes… we felt it all.

We know there were some longer waits at times, and we’re really sorry for that. With these smaller kitchen pop-ups, we’re noticing what works and what doesn’t — and we’ll be reworking and streamlining the menu moving forward to keep things flowing smoother (and get pasta into your hands faster).

Big love to for having us — always a special one. And BIG thanks to our amazing team keeping things moving under pressure!

We appreciate you all more than you know.
