We are all about great beer and great music, a combination we think is the ultimate collaboration. Six String Brewing is proudly the NSW’s Central Coasts first home grown craft brewery with our brewery and tasting room in Erina. Our award-winning core range has six beers; On Tour Mid our Anywhere, Anytime easy drinker, Coastie Lager, specially brewed for the Central Coast and Winner of best Intern

ational Lager at the Australian International Beer Awards in 2021, TPA ~ Tropical Pale Ale, an easy drinking XPA that fits right in to the beach lifestyle of the Central Coast, Shreddin' IPA, a smash able IPA and Dark Red IPA a signature brew that is a must try for the discerning craft beer drinker. The brewery also produces a Limited Edition Seasonal range and Small batch brews. These are released for a limited time, often one off brew, sometimes one-off kegs, always limited edition and never dull. Our beers and soda pop range can be purchased at any good restaurants, cafes, bars and bottle shops across the Central Coast and Newcastle and some venues in Sydney and regional NSW, and interstate. The best place to get a hold of our beers and seasonal’s in particular, is to drop into the Six String Brewing Co Tasting Room and Restaurant where you can sample the beers at their freshest while watching them being made and grab some takeaway tinnes or fill a growler while you’re at it. With over 12 taps including a hand pump and cask ales, the beers are always changing with something new to try. Put simply, we are all about good food, good music and good beer!

You might know Six String from the fridge, but there’s a whole venue behind the beer.

Our home in Erina is where the brewery, bar and kitchen all come together. With fresh beer on tap, a pool table, beer garden, live music and plenty of room to settle in for the afternoon.

It’s where the beers are brewed, poured fresh and best enjoyed only a few metres from where they’re made.

Eternal Nightcap is a barrel-aged Barley Wine full with layers of caramel, dried fruit, vanilla and oak, each sip uncovering something new. A style that isn’t actually wine at all, but one of the richest and strongest beers you’ll find.

We’re heading to this Friday 🤘

The Avoca Beach House team has created a four-course degustation, with each dish carefully paired to a Six String beer from TPA with beef and cheddar balls, through to and Barrel Aged Barley Wine alongside sticky date pudding.

We love working with local venues that share our passion for bringing people together over good food, good beer and this is shaping up to be a cracking night.
