The Flying Fish Kings will be serving up the good stuff this Friday 4 September at our usual Esk location!

The Schnitty Stack was only meant to be a guest appearance, but you legends have made it far too popular to take away—so it’s staying around a little longer! 🐔🍟🧀

And our Yowie has never been more popular—golden chips, two types of cheese, tender beef brisket, warm gravy, BBQ sauce and onion. It’s big, messy and bloody delicious! 🤤

We’ll also have our beautiful snapper, calamari, golden chips, churros and cold rice pudding.

Well, Toogoolawah… you’ve gone and given us one more bloody good reason to come back more often! ❤️

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came down and supported The Flying Fish Kings last night. It was fantastic seeing so many familiar faces — and plenty of new ones too.

And of course, our biggest fan Josephine was there straight off the bat! 😂 She certainly wasn’t hanging around waiting for a line to form — she knew what she wanted and got in early!

After selling out on our previous visits, this time we came prepared. Extra stock, extra chips, extra fish and extra hands on deck, and we did our very best to make sure nobody went home disappointed.

Judging by all the happy faces leaving — and a few of you even coming back for churros afterwards — I reckon we did alright! 😂❤️

And really… what could be better than standing out under the full moonlight, enjoying some of the best fish & chips in the Valley with a great bunch of country people? 🌕🐟🍟

Just a heads-up, The Flying Fish Kings won’t be in Esk tonight — we’re heading down the road to Toogoolawah to share the fishy love with our mates down there! ❤️🐟🍟

But don’t worry, Esk — we’ll be back at our usual spot on Sunday from 4:30pm!

Today we’re getting back to where it all began—and what earned The Flying Fish Kings our amazing reputation: bloody good fish and chips!

If you didn’t already know, our fish is always snapper. We know where the bar is, and we refuse to lower it!

Choose it battered or crumbed—our batter is made fresh, and your fish is battered on the spot. There’s no pre-processed, pre-battered fish pulled from a box here—just beautiful snapper, cooked fresh and served with hot golden chips.
