We are looking for an experienced barista to join the Bread Local team across both of our venues. This is a hands-on, all rounder hospitality role combining coffee service, customer service, sandwich prep and general kitchen prep. You’ll be part of a close-knit team committed to creating high quality products and a memorable experience for our customers.

About Bread Local
We are an artisan bakery located in Esperance, WA. We produce a range of handcrafted breads, pastries and sandwiches with a focus on quality, consistency and genuine regional hospitality.

About the role
⭐️ Approximately 30 hours per week commencing September
⭐️ Potential for full time position during our peak season (December to May)
⭐️ Must be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday
⭐️ Minimum six month commitment required

60mm+ of rain last night and blue skies expected of the weekend, there’s never been a better time to plant. On cue, Plant and Pastry Party 3.0 with our best pals at Bread Local! From Thursday til Saturday this week, I’m packing the truck up with 70 of my favourite endemic species, grown here to thrive here. I’m talking, thousands 🤩 A damn good chance to rewild the front verge, plant out some windbreaks or throw a few Hakeas or gums in the ground to bring the birds back 🦜 Carry boxes, bumper stickers, fertiliser tablets, cash and card will be available. FREE ADVICE ALWAYS. Bring the whole family, grandma too! 🥐 🌱
