We now have over 1,000 followers in our Gluten Free Batter community, so we thought it was a good time to re-introduce ourselves! 🤩
With over 40 years of combined experience, we’ve always known what our customers love. Back in 2001, long before gluten free was mainstream, we took a chance and started cooking gluten free because we believed fish and chips should be inclusive.
By 2014, we were developing our own gluten free batter in the back of our shop alongside our customers. In 2018 we were honoured to win the People’s Choice Fish & Chips in Victoria.
Today, we manufacture frozen gluten-free battered and crumbed foods in our 100% gluten free facility, continuing the same commitment to quality, freshness, and simplicity. We’re proud to bring ‘The Real Fish and Chips Experience’ to every home—gluten free, golden, and full of flavour.
