Almost 10 years of Melbourne Arancini 🤎

Standing here at Fine Food Australia, where we first exhibited back in 2018, has given us a moment to stop and reflect on just how far we’ve come.

Behind every arancini is a lot more than what you see on the plate. It’s the early mornings, the long days, the thousands of arancini made by hand each week and a team working away behind the scenes who care just as much about the product as we do.

As we get closer to our 10-year anniversary this October, more than anything, we just feel incredibly proud and grateful.

To our team who show up and put in the work every week, our wholesale customers who have backed us over the years, and every single person who walks through our doors, takes our arancini home or tells someone about us - thank you.

You’re the reason we’ve been able to keep doing what we love for almost a decade, and we never take that for granted.

Here’s to 10 years, and plenty more arancini to come!
