We use a dedicated fryer out the back, separate tongs, and fresh gloves when handling and cooking our gluten-free arancini.

Whether you’d like to call ahead and pre-order or ask our team in-store, we’re always happy to cook them fresh for you so they’re served hot, crispy, and ready to enjoy ❤️
