Not quite Turkish. Not quite Greek. And definitely not traditional.

This is Sulo’s own version of musakka — layers of seasoned mince, potato, tomato, eggplant, capsicum and zucchini, baked under a rich béchamel and finished with our signature mix of mozzarella, feta and halloumi.
