Another beautiful Tuesday in the kitchen 🌿

Today we made:

✨ Indian dahl
✨ Pumpkin, thyme & white wine risotto
✨ Truffle mushroom risotto
✨ BBQ Fable with mac & cheese and sweet potato
✨ Mushroom stroganoff with roast veggies & rice
✨ Shepherd’s pie with mashed potato & minted peas

And we’re assembling both of our lasagnes too — pumpkin & spinach, and our traditional Italian lasagne, where we slow cook all the odds and ends of our veggies into a rich ragu.

Nothing fancy about reducing waste — just making sure beautiful food gets used where it should. 🤎

Very proud to be such a low-waste kitchen, turning what we have into some of our favourite meals.
