Thanks to Chelsea for her write up. We had a great time chatting with her about what we do 😀

Starting from zero, the Royce family had nothing to lose. They're now processing up to 500 meat birds a week for their ever-expanding clientele.

Can't wait 😀

Demonstration Cook this Saturday!

Join us at the market as Jackson Gloyne, Head Chef at FINO Seppeltsfield, demonstrates how to transform a whole Abelsway Farm chicken into a delicious Chicken Au Poivre with roasted Barossa Gourmet Mushrooms.

Showcasing the principles of Store It Right, Use It All, Jackson will share practical tips on making the most of every ingredient, reducing food waste, and creating a restaurant-quality meal at home.

It's a great opportunity to pick up new skills, gather cooking inspiration, and see some of our fantastic local produce in action.
