Content-
We will be exploring all things sourdough from making delicious sourdough damper rolls on the stove top to cooking authentic sourdough in a household oven.
From 9am to 5pm we will share as much of our knowledge as possible to get you on the path to making your own sourdough with just 3 ingredients...flour, water and salt.

In the 8 hours we will cover.....

Join us HillBillys at the Bakehouse for a fun day of learning, laughs and delicious food while we explore all things sourdough.

The course includes delicious smoked meat and sourdough lunch, tea and coffee throughout the day, 2kg of flour, 50+ year old starter, bread and buns cooked on the day, and a HillBilly home bakers instruction manual all to take home.

Do yourself a favour and pop in to visit our gorgeous friend Leila the Steam Queen herself.

The valleys newest place to stop for an exceptional coffee and many other gorgeous treats to eat and goodies to pick from.

So very proud of you Steam Queen!! Many of your loves from many years squished in and wrapped up and organised into a beautiful little space...wow! You are a legend! 😍😍

Enjoy it, love it and keep on steaming up the best coffees in the region!! We will be in as often as you are open as we drive past ♥️♥️♥️

So well supported, I closed early Friday due to running out of coffee beans!
