Introducing ASCEND REVIVE – Parent & Carer Peer Support Group

Caring for someone with disability can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be a lot to carry. ASCEND REVIVE is a welcoming space created especially for parents and carers to connect with people who understand, share experiences, learn from each other and make a little time for themselves.

Come along for a chat and genuine connection in a relaxed, judgement-free environment. ☕💗

Each fortnight we’ll explore different topics that are actually useful in everyday life — from navigating NDIS, schools, services and therapies, to managing stress, behaviour support strategies, family connections and looking after your own wellbeing. We’ll also invite guest speakers, share practical tips and, importantly, celebrate the wins - big and small.

You don’t have to do it alone. We’re in this together.
