With autumn here, it’s time to make the most of the remaining warmer weather and enjoy a lunch or dinner outside. 🍂

We still have stock of our 2025 LOT 41 Pinot Noir Rosé, the perfect partner for an alfresco lunch or dinner. 🍽️

As the new seasonal produce starts to influence the dishes we prepare, why not consider, and savour our Lot 41 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon and our Lot 41 2023 Cabernet Merlot with both delivering depth, structure, and classic regional character to your meals.

These are available online or by visiting our cellar door on weekends and selected fine wine stores. 🍷

In a market of excess, restraint becomes luxury.

At St Maur (pronounced “more”), we have always believed that less, done deliberately, creates something far more meaningful.

Established in 1998, our boutique family-owned vineyard spans 16 acres in Exeter in the Southern Highlands. We grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot under a sustainable program of natural cultivation, which means lower yields, healthier vines, and wines that reflect season, soil and patience.

Set within a rustic former dairy farm, here the wine is not rushed. We remain intentionally small because for us, restraint has always been the quiet expression of confidence.
