We weren't closed yesterday because we fancied a day off... 😂

We were busy evicting the old display cabinets and moving in some shiny new ones. They're better looking, and unlike some of us, they actually know how to keep their cool. ❄️

The meat's now living in luxury, and we're back open today with the new cabinets full and ready.

As a small community, we rally around our own when times are tough.
Raffle tickets are available here at the butcher shop for the Gee Family Fundraiser, with some fantastic prizes donated by local businesses

🎟 Tickets: $2 each or 3 for $5
The raffle will be drawn at 1:00pm on 2nd August at the Birralee Hall Market.

If you're in the shop, grab a few tickets. Every ticket helps support the Gee family and is greatly appreciated.

We considered opening, but the staff threatened to start biting customers.
