Back from a week CSU Wagga for Wine Sensory Science.

Before anyone asks…

Not all for me.

Turns out there’s a lot more smelling, thinking and spitting than most people might realise.

The spittoon quickly becomes your best friend. And your palate gets exhausted.

It’s basically learning how to explain wine without making normal people roll their eyes.

No “ethereal forest floor with a seductive finish” required.

Having an interior designer for a mum meant I spent a surprising amount of my childhood looking at paint colour charts.
Turns out some of it stuck.
After far too much deliberation, the new label colours are finally here.
A bit of a refresh. A bit of moving forward.
You’ll see them making their first appearance at this Sunday.

Classic — I forgot to add the actual details 🙃

🍏 Harcourt AppleFest — Sat 7 March
🕙 10am–4pm (Harcourt Producers Hub open till 5pm)
📍 James Park & Stanley Park South

I won’t be there in person — vintage has kicked off and I’m off squishing grapes elsewhere — but Working Dog Wines will be at the Harcourt Producers Hub with Vermentino / Fiano / Mataro Rosé on pour and by the bottle.

Go have a sip for me. 🍷

They say every cloud has a silver lining, and for Working Dog Wines, that lining is finally pink! 🍷✨
After the devastating fire in Harcourt, I wasn’t sure what the future held. But a little bit of procrastination turned into a lot of luck—my 2025 stash was safe and sound!
I’m so thrilled to finally share the first bottles of my new label with you all. From the bottling line to your glass, it’s been a journey. See you at the Harcourt Apple Fest! 🍎
