Continuing with the theme of bunch development here is the start of veraison of the Shiraz. It really tells you to start getting ready for vintage which generally to me is finished the current wine and non wine projects and get ready to pick. Remember visit the web site and buy online.

Trying to get the same post on Facebook to appear on Instagram

Posted one photo of a bunch of grapes a month ago and then got banned. Final outcome is "sorry you shouldn't have been banned" and I'm reinstated.
Back to theme of the photos. Posted a immature bunch of Shiraz grapes but in the collection of photos i found the flowering pre-bunch which was before the immature bunch shown in the last photo. Each year it amazes me the process of flowering to mature bunches. I'll post some more now that I'm unbanned.

Long Story, but during the last couple of months I've been taking photos of the "Bunch Development" in the vineyard. Just thought I would post these photos as I thought people might be interested. This is a immature bunch of Shiraz. Other photos of other varieties plus different phases of ripening will be uploaded. Sanctuary Hill website is now up and the cellar door should be opening soon. (very soon)
