East meets West.
Charlotte came from Feral, Mike from Bracket, and they met in the middle at our brewery. West Coast bones with an East Coast heart.
Juicy but crisp, hazy but not opaque, citrus and stonefruit with a touch of dank.

Malt:Pilsner, Golden Promise, Acidulated, Caradex
Hops: Citra Incognito, Strata, Krush, Rhapzody Amplifire
Yeast: Thiol Unleashed + US-05 co-pitch

Say it loud.
Citra and Sabro bring citrus, coconut and juicy tropical fruit, with Enigma adding pineapple and red berry.
Golden Promise, wheat, spelt and two versions of oats build a soft, pillowy body.
A hazy IPA with plenty to say and nothing to hold back.

Hops: Perle, Citra, Sabro, Enigma
Yeast: Mogwai Espe

Last month we had the pleasure of hosting Charlotte from Feral in WA and Mike from Bracket in NSW at our little brewery in Adelaide.

Together we brewed a hybrid IPA which was co-pitched with two different yeast strains and has elements of both east coast and west coast IPA's - aptly named Meet in the Middle.

We're tapping it tomorrow for the first time, so make sure you pop by from 4pm.

𝙸𝚃'𝚂 𝟻 𝙾'𝙲𝙻𝙾𝙲𝙺 𝚂𝙾𝙼𝙴𝚆𝙷𝙴𝚁𝙴 🥥

We don't mind having a bit of fun with our limited hard lemonades, and this one is no exception. This piña colada themed lemonade is sunshine in a can, with yummy notes of coconut and pineapple with a touch of lactose to add sweetness.
It's the perfect drink to end your day, kick back and look forward to the summer ahead!

𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙵𝙸𝙵𝚃𝙷 𝙴𝙻𝙴𝙼𝙴𝙽𝚃 ❺

We put a poll out to all our email subscribers and asked them to vote for their favourite Shapeshifter b**r of all time. We tallied up the votes and then took an element of each b**r to make The Fifth Element!

We used kveik yeast from Nordic, rolled oats from Hoodie Weather, Talus hops from Party Shirt, Luminosa and Nectaron from Hyperbeam - plus its water profile, and the hopping schedule of dip, active and final gravity additions from Zeitgeist.

The result is a big thiccc Oat Cream DIPA as voted by the people. Available now as part of our 5th birthday celebrations 🥳

𝙷𝙸𝙶𝙷 𝙵𝙸𝚅𝙴 🖐️

This West Coast IPA is pin-bright and holds a beautiful white foam. We brewed it using our cold IPA method, with our favourite strain of l***r yeast and flaked rice so it's extra crispy.

We then got on the blower to some of our favourite people in the b**r world and asked them what hop product they're loving right now.

Mike from Bracket picked Strata.
Rhys from Evil Mega Corp picked Eclipse.
Nick from People People picked NZH109.
Ally from Range picked Freestyle Nelson Sauvin Cold Pressed Hop Juice. We threw in HPA's latest release, Luna.

We gotta say one thing: our mates know what they're doing, the hop combo is absolutely singing.

B**r is all about community and we're stoked to call these people our friends. Thanks for helping us celebrate our fifth!
