Today's view from the office.

A clear winter day, fresh air, and green hills stretching beyond the vineyard. The vines may be dormant, but the landscape never really stops changing.

One of the privileges of this work is the connection it creates - to the seasons, to the land, and to the simple pleasure of being outdoors.

One of those days where it's a privilege to

When you and the crew are about to drop the best rap album of 2026...

We're about to release our 2026's, which includes our first ever Fiano!

Want to give them a try? Come to Strange Strains at Home of Plenty this Sunday, 11am - 8pm. We'll have all three open and pouring, as well as our winter-ready reds.

Pet Nat is super limited - only available through Wine On Mars - Australia or directly from us at events.

The sheep are back in the vineyard...

Every winter, once the vines have gone dormant, the rows become pasture. The sheep graze down the cover crops, return nutrients to the soil, and help keep the vineyard in balance without the need for additional mowing or cultivation.

It’s a simple system, but an important one. The vines go to sleep, the pasture feeds the sheep, and the sheep help build healthier soils for the season ahead.

Good viticulture starts from the ground up. Winter grazing is one small part of how we work with the vineyard ecosystem, rather than against it.

Pet nat tasting in the autumn sun.

Still a little wild, still finding its shape - bright strawberry and red fruit, soft texture, and the kind of freshness that only really makes sense at the end of a long day outside.

The spritz is still building, so we'll let them lay for a bit longer. One of the rewards of harvest finally slowing down...

Autumn vineyard walkies.

Leaves turning, crunch underfoot, the pace slowing right down. The vines easing toward dormancy, the season letting go of its urgency.

A lap through the rows with a bit of company - checking in, taking stock, and noticing what’s changed (and what hasn’t).

This is where the year softens.

We’re pouring at HoP's Solstice party and honestly, pretty pumped about this one!

A bunch of great local producers and friends all in one spot, live fire cooking, music, and plenty of interesting ferments getting around. We’ll be there with the wines - fresh, textured, and made for a day like this.

Come say hi, grab a glass, and hang out with us.

A day below the surface.

Installing soil moisture sensors through our rows - small instruments, but they’ll shape some of the biggest decisions we make. When to irrigate, how much, and when to hold back.

Our soils tell a clear story: free-draining sands, threaded with river pebbles and gravel. Water moves quickly here, and the vines respond just as fast. These sensors help us listen more closely.

Better decisions in the vineyard, for better fruit in the winery and a lighter touch on the land.

Small hands, real work.

A few rows, a few jobs, and a few coins earned the slow way — out among the vines. Learning that good things take time, and that every bottle starts long before the winery.

Pocket money, properly earned.
