Amber Creek Farm and Sawmill Committed to regeneration of the land through innovative and sustainable farming practices. Our pigs live happily as they are meant to!

Amber Creek provides local families with pasture raised produce from paddock to plate. All the pigs grown at Amber Creek live in lush paddocks and are free to root and dig, wallow in mud, drink fresh running water and are provided shelter. Every piece of timber is utilised for its highest use with off cuts and scraps repurposed and used for firewood and charcoal, all sawdust is integrated into the working farms extensive composting system for fertiliser

Here’s Lucas, he’s a cheeky young fella who’s been with the team for a few years. He’s got mad skills across the board and the fastest woodchipper in the mill.

Here’s Sally: the mill wouldn’t run without Sally’s diverse skills and amazing organisation. She builds, she drives, she stacks, she moulds timber and she is the smiling face you’ll see when you visit the timber yard.
