On Friday 25 July, we’ll open our doors to just 50 guests for a one-night-only Truffle Dinner.
A set menu designed to wrap you in warmth. Five courses of winter indulgence, kissed by the rare and revered Barossa truffle.

From the first course, you’ll know you’re in for something different.
Each dish is thoughtfully composed to let the truffle shine.

And then there’s the wine.
We’ll be pouring a curated selection from Third Phase Wines chosen for their elegance, balance, and ability to meet the truffle’s quiet intensity with grace.

The fire will be lit. The room will glow.
And for one night, time will slow.
