After the hunt, our haul heads inside for cleaning… we wash, scrub and sort the truffles into various sizes..
We sell our truffles to the public at the farm gate and also directly to chefs at local restaurants..

Open every Saturday and Sunday during truffle season, from June to August, 10am to 3pm, (including the Kings Birthday long weekend!) the Flinders farmgate is a place to take in peaceful surroundings and sweeping ocean views, gather by the firepit and enjoy local produce from our Mornington Peninsula truffle farm.

Flinders Truffles x Polperro Winery: Soil & Cellar
Soil & Cellar is a collaboration between Flinders Truffles and Polperro Winery, tracing a journey from the cool coastal soils of Flinders to the vineyards of Red Hill.
A day that begins with a hunt for truffles beneath the French oak trees at Flinders Truffles and progresses as twilight settles over Polperro Winery in Red Hill, with a five-course truffle-led menu and paired Polperro wines.

Date/Time: Saturday 25 July

Truffle Hunts: 11:00am–1:00pm 2:00pm–4:00pm
Dinner: 6:30pm arrival for a 7:00pm start
