And that’s a wrap on another bumper truffle season at Flinders Truffles | Black Perigord Truffles | VIC
A winter of growth, incredible quality and a record harvest. We couldn’t be prouder to see our truffles admired, celebrated and showcased by so many talented chefs.
We’ve loved the many special collaborations and events, both on and off the farm, and the thousands of farm gate friends and guests who joined us for truffle hunts, our famous signature truffle & cheese toasties and plenty of other truffle treats along the way.
Our reach also continued to grow beyond the farm, with Flinders Truffles travelling to more countries around the globe. Seeing what we nurture here in Flinders reach the hands of talented chefs around the world is something we’re incredibly proud of and never take for granted.
A special mention to our incredible team, Laura, Declan, Alice, Lincoln and Benjamin, and of course our superstars Lucy & Enzo, who sniffed out a record amount of fresh truffles this season.
Most of all, thank you to everyone who visited, supported us and shared in another wonderful winter at the farm. We love what we do, and we love sharing it with you.
Now it’s straight back into the orchard, nurturing and preparing for another season.
