Congratulations Kerry Smith – Hall of Fame Inductee🏆

We are incredibly pleased to congratulate Kerry Smith, Chairperson of Premier Fresh Australia, on her induction into the Foodservice Suppliers Association (FSSA) Hall of Fame at the Awards of Excellence for 2026.

Described by the FSSA as the “pinnacle of recognition in the foodservice industry,” the Hall of Fame celebrates individuals whose outstanding contributions and achievements have helped shape Australia’s dynamic foodservice industry.

At Premier Fresh Australia, we are fortunate to benefit from Kerry’s wealth of experience, insight and leadership as our Chairperson, and we are delighted to see her achievements in the food service industry recognised with such an honour.

Planting at Lancaster Farms! 🌱

Our latest crop of capsicums has been planted at Lancaster Farms in Victoria’s Goulburn Valley, Premier’s retractable roof greenhouse, one of Australia’s most sustainable protected cropping operations.

We can’t wait to watch the crop grow over the coming months!

The season’s going strong at our Double D Produce in Ayr, North Queensland, one of Australia’s largest capsicum and melon producers, now part of the 100% Australian owned Premier Fresh Australia family.

With over 800 acres under crop & climate-controlled packing facility, the team at Double D focus on producing high-quality capsicums & melons that meet the standards of our customers and consumers.

A rewarding day recently for the Premier Fresh Australia team, volunteering at one of Foodbank’s distribution centres.

Together, the team helped produce an incredible 13,000 meals for people in need, while also sorting and packing fresh fruit for distribution through community food relief programs.

A big thank you to Foodbank Victoria for the incredible work they do every day. Proud to be partners and play a part in supporting such an important cause! 💜
