Hey legends 👋
A little update from us at Jb’s Smokehouse.

We know it’s been a bit quiet on the sausage front lately. Truth is, life’s been hectic — between our full-time day jobs and everything else going on, we’ve been flat out and haven’t had the time to keep up with public orders like we’d want to.

Right now, we’re still firing up the smoker for family and friends, but we’re pressing pause on supplying the wider public for the moment. Quality has always come first for us, and we don’t want to rush it or cut corners.

The good news?
We’re seriously looking at taking JWB Smokehouse commercial down the track, which means we’ll be back bigger, better, and ready to supply everyone again.

Thanks heaps for all the support, messages, and love — it honestly means the world. Stay tuned… this definitely isn’t goodbye, just a “watch this space.”

We want to apologize for the limited availability recently, our full-time jobs have been keeping us extra busy!

We’ve been making small batches whenever possible, and they’ve been selling out quickly to our regular customers.

The perfect way to serve our Kranskys!

Our Kranskys come fully cooked, can be eaten straight out of the bag! (A lot of people eat them like this but we suggest a little bit of heat personally)

For best results, just lightly steam them for a few minutes in a pan, enough to warm through and bring out their soft, delicate texture.

Then enjoy as is, or serve with your favorite sauce or bread.

We have had people eat them on biscuits, put into pastas the possibilities are endless. 😍

Just don’t over heat them as you don’t won’t to over cook or make all the cheese and juices run out.

We just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you for all the love and support!

We’re doing our best to keep stock coming, but please keep in mind, we’re a small, family-run business.

Both of us work full-time jobs, and we pour our hearts into making small batches with the best quality and flavour possible.

Our goal has always been quality over quantity, and we’re so grateful that you are all supporting us every step of the way.

One day we hope to have a massive setup, but for now, it’s just us, doing what we love, one batch at a time. 🥰
