Real horse power on show this weekend at the Darling Downs Heavy Horse Festival at Allora.

Always a great day out with lots of history on display. Of special interest are the agricultural parade and displays. The video shows a horse driven vegetable grater - this was used to chop produce, which was used for stock feed.
Yes, our pumpkins are used for the demonstrations! 😁

Our roadside stall is stocked with brown onions, cucumbers, Dutch Cream potatoes and watermelons. Located on the corner of Gatton Clifton Road and Spinach Creek Road at Fordsdale. Honesty box in place for payment and is monitored regularly.
