Vintage 2025 has started! Massive thanks to Claire and Stuart Brown and Sammy helping us pick our first Gin Gin Chardonnay fruit at 5am. We planted the rootlings in October 2023 and 18 months later got some incredible bunches thanks to the watchful eye of Ivan Pagano_Agronomist. Great fruit deserves great oak so Andrew Yeah Wine has got us a new French oak barrel to mature some of the wine in. The Rosè pick is happening this Sunday at 6.30am if you want to lend a hand😁🥂🍷😁
