This is the hardest working man in the country.

He doesn’t open up, doesn’t serve our great customers, doesn’t stack shelves yet he remains incredibly reliable to clean up every payday.

Today I’m proudly giving him One Gazillion Dollars from Forrest Beach Supermarket to celebrate new taxes, to***co hikes, fuel hikes, increased inflation, insurance, rates, electricity and more red tape.

You might have seen that In the next financial year (next month) we are expanding our team.

What we are looking for is someone who is:
Reliable. We count on our team, and our team counts on us.
Friendly. Our customers are our neighbours, and we treat everyone who walks through the door with respect.
Honest and hard-working. You must be happy to roll your sleeves up and take pride in doing things properly.
Present and switched on through your shift.
Food prep is a big part of the role, so you'll need to be happy getting hands-on in the kitchen.
You'll also need to be competent with technology, physically able to handle the work, and able to work unsupervised and solve problems on the fly.
In return, you'll get big staff discounts, award wages plus super, four weeks leave, and no weekends. Best of all you'll be working close to home in a relaxed workplace, as part of a team that feels like family.
The shift: Mon to Thu 11am to 7pm, Fri 9am to 3pm (early knock-off Fridays!).
Preference will be given to our customers, we love supporting those who support us.

Well I guess the secrets out

When you support a local business, you're supporting local jobs, local families, and local investment in our community.

We're grateful for the support Forrest Beach has shown us over the years, and we're committed to continuing to invest back into the community that has supported us.

As part of that continued progress, we're excited to be creating another full-time position at Forrest Beach Supermarket helping support another local family.

Calling all children.
This pesky rabbit has broken in and left his rubbish throughout our entire store. We have cleaned up what we can but we need your help to find the remaining eggs!

To keep it fair this year we have formulated an eggsellent check list of eggs that are missing for children to find to ensure everyone has a chance.
