Ya, chiquillos, as I was telling you- I’ll be offering alfajores and empolvados for our “Fiestas Patrias” this Friday 18th. For those who celebrate, I’d love to offer my sweets to join your gatherings, your parties… this is all part of celebrating who we are! And getting to share these traditions with all of you, chilenos or not, makes my heart soo happy!

To make it full circle also, I’ll be with my chilean friend Virginia from Virginia‘s Kitchen on Friday- she makes empanadas! So why not get your alfajores and empolvados for dessert, and enjoy some empanadas to share with your friends and family too. You can pick both of them together on Friday.

Orders MUST go in Tuesday night latest for Virginia- best if you order through her website.

I’m closing my orders Wednesday 2 pm for me.

What is it about a glass of w**e and an alfajor?? 😍

Ok. So, I’ve been a bit quiet over here, but the alfajor party is still going! I’ve been doing markets at Norah Head and Farmers Markets at Gosford- that means tomorrow morning.

And I’ll be bringing in a few little special treats, just in time for Father’s Day 🤩

Think Dubai inspired… think melting moments… think GF and Original.. oh yeah. 😏 all available to take in little boxes- or just treat dad by the one with his coffee.

I’ll see you there? I’m at the end with my friend Virginia at the empanada trailer… but only until 9:30. Then im off to woy woy if that works with you.
