Forth Valley Iris At Forth Valley Iris we focus mainly on breeding new dwarf bearded iris. In 2015 we began to dabble breeding Intermediate, or median, bearded iris, too.

In 2015 we began to dabble breeding Intermediate, or median, bearded iris, too, and we hope to be able to add these to our range of seedlings as time goes on. We are always acquiring new breeding stock from around Australia and iris spread, or increase, by making new rhizomes and they can quickly make a sizable clump. These clumps need to be divided to keep the plants vital and flowering strongly

so from time-to-time we have excess rhizomes available. We will generally list these on Ebay and will publish the links to them on our page, too. The purpose of this page is to chronicle the journey we undertake to produce new dwarf and median bearded iris and to discuss all things iris that we find interesting. We hope you enjoy your stay and in time we hope to be able to sell our creations via our new website.
