This seated, structured masterclass journeys through the diverse landscapes and winemaking philosophies shaping the island’s cool-climate style. From the elegance and precision of the Coal River Valley to the rugged beauty of the Tamar Valley and East Coast, guests will explore the depth, finesse and individuality that make Tasmanian Pinot Noir so compelling.

Featuring a curated lineup from some of Tasmania’s leading producers, including Sailor Seeks Horse, Marco Lubiana, Stefano Lubiana, Stargazer, Tolpuddle Vineyard, Freycinet Vineyard, Holyman and more.

Led by certified WSET Educator and CRU sommelier Oliver Barber, this masterclass combines technical insight with an engaging and approachable style.

Guests will enjoy a seated tasting accompanied by light bread and charcuterie.
