Why are they called Papas Locas?

“Papas” means potatoes and “Locas” means crazy in Spanish. Street vendors started piling chips with cheese, meats, and sauces until they became crazy with toppings. 🤪🍟

At El Aleman Loco, we keep that street food tradition alive with our German Spanish fusion twist, but what makes us different is you can enjoy them without guilt because everything we serve is 100% gluten free. 🌾❌
