🇳🇱This Dutch baked delicacy is from the SouthWestern province of Zeeland.

🔸Zeeuwse Bolussen were originally baked by Sephardic Jewish bakers in The Netherlands and date back to the first half of the 17th century.

🔸Unlike cinnamon buns or rolls, the dough of the Zeeuwse bolussen is divided and rolled into individual ropes, pressing the cinnamon sugar into the ropes while forming them and then spiraling them into shape.

That makes them sticky and gooey, with a tender texture…they are delicious ❣️
