For the First Time on Aussie Shores - Introducing the Kylver Series!

The Kylver Series is Wolfburn Distillery’s collectors’ range of limited, individually numbered single malts. Launched in 2016 and named for the ancient Kylver Stone, which carries the complete Viking runic alphabet, each release takes its name from a rune.

Sowilo: The Shining Light in Wolfburn’s Kylver Series
A marriage of three first-fill bourbon casks that were quietly sleeping deep in Wolfburn’s Thurso warehouses, from the early days of production. These casks held peated single malt for the better part of a decade before bottling.

At the distillery, these Kylver bottles vanish within hours of their release, and now, we've secured a small allocation for Australia.

PART OF AN ELITE FAMILY MASHBILL
Rock Hill Farms is made with Buffalo Trace's Mashbill #2, a higher-rye recipe that's also used for Elmer T. Lee, Blanton's, Hancock's Reserve, and Ancient Age. With the exception of Ancient Age, all the Mashbill #2 bourbons are single barrel offerings - a fairly exclusive club indeed.

Mashbill #2 is generally accepted as being a higher rye mashbill than regular BT Mashbill #1. As a general rule, these wh***eys employ approx. 12-16% of rye in their mashbill resulting in a well-balanced and nuanced drinking experience.
