Diane piping a rosette in class. The rosette was my most requested design when I had my retail business. I made them for birthday, showers, weddings, christenings, and funerals. They are so elegant and pretty with just the right amount of frosting.

I hope you’ve had a great Easter & ANZAC day. I’m very behind with posting this reel from my last Buttercream Basics just before Easter. We made icing from scratch and worked with & tips to create beautiful and delicious cupcakes.
