Perfection from the very first bite.. if you haven't seen this kind of bread before, this is shokupan. You need to try it!

Shokupan (食パン) is a pillowy-soft, subtly sweet Japanese milk bread. Renowned for its feathery, cloud-like crumb and mochi-like texture, it stays moist longer than typical sandwich loaves thanks to the yudane (or tangzhong) method—a technique of scalding a portion of the flour and liquid before mixing.

If you haven't tried our 2024 Golden Plains Pinot yet, you need to!

Blended from across six vineyards located on the Golden Plains that run west from Melbourne, this wine showcases south-west Victoria’s great climate for Pinot Noir.

Our winemaking process is caring and thoughtful; whole berries (no crushing) were fermented in small open-top tanks with 5% fermented separately as whole bunches. On average, ferments peaked at 28°C and were pressed after 10-12 days in skins. Post pressing, the wine was settled hard prior to being racked to French oak barriques and puncheons, 18% new. Natural MLF took place in barrel during 10 months’ maturation prior to blending and bottling. If you don't speak wine nerd, we'll translate that for you - it tastes like it was made by someone who LOVES pinot.
