Morning everyone, today's Monday 15 June - i.e. the beginning of a brand new week, hope you all had a lovely weekend?

We had a good time with a couple of friends in the beautiful Lenger Reserve (near Mannum town) for a walk yesterday, the weather was gorgeous! We discovered fossils, spotted two kangaroo's and stopped at the coaching house which is currently being restored by volunteers. We loved how green the reserve looks at the moment, and of course lots of birds were singing while we were doing our walk there... The walk was certainly very good for our bodies and mind - well & truly needed after a busy week! I felt quite refreshed after that! ❤️

Morning everyone, today's Tuesday 9 June - a fresh start for a brand new week for many of us... Hope you all had a relaxing long weekend? For me, it wasnt a long weekend as I worked on Saturday as usual, and I was super busy on Sunday for the special collab event with Beats, Wines and Life in beautiful Nuri which was fantastic! We loved our event, sooo many customers popped in for 🥟 🍷 & music - sorry to the last couple of customers who came a bit late & missed out ❤️ Anyway, on that day the weather was gorgeous and the vibe was great! 😊 We have done the collab a couple of times, honestly, I cant wait to do it again! 🥰

On Monday (yesterday), it was my relaxing day - my partner and I drove to Stirling & Mt Barker for morning coffee, a leisure walk and we also had a browse in a local nursery which wasnt far from where we were. Of course, I ended up buying a few things and enjoyed doing some gardening after we came back 🌱🌿

Today I will be selling my freshly made crispy pork 🥟 in my shop, will see you there if you plan to pop in - Happy Tuesday everyone! ❤️

Morning everyone! Today's Monday 1 June - hope you had a lovely weekend?

No surprise - my partner and I went to do some walk in the countryside again 😉, as we already seem to have created our special Sunday routine which is a walk in wherever we find beautiful, such as a parkland, a reserve, a bush area or wherever with heaps greenery is for us to enjoy 😍 - on top of that, what made the walk from yesterday (Sunday) more special was the date (i.e. my bday!), yes I was reminded I get older n older! 😂 Blessed to have our friends from Mannum who chose the very beautiful Mannum Waterfalls as our spot for a good walk and explore! With their guided tour, we got to see absolutely amazing views which gave us a wow factor! What a hidden gem, we will be back for sure! ❤️

Of course, we spent a lovely time in checking out what Mannum had on offer on the main street, and we had a celebration which was arranged by our friends. Truly unforgettable! 💕 Pls feel free to flick thru the photos attached if you like to experience the shared joy from our walk yesterday 😊

Anyway, the start of a week means my shop's kitchen is where I belong! 😁 I look forward to seeing you for your 🥟 fix in my shop today. Happy Monday, pls stay warm and dry 😉

Morning everyone, today's Monday 25 May which is the beginning of a brand new week, hope you had a relaxing weekend and recharged yourself? :)

My partner and I recently enjoyed exploring SA parklands - despite the rain yesterday, we drove to Rocks Reserve near Balaklava for our first time visit - it was a beautiful spot for scenic photos and ideal for a picnic on a sunny day (unfortunately we discovered it was waterless in the river there around this time of a year), it wasn't a place for a good walk which was what we were keen to do... Anyway we continued to discover another place after hopping back in our car - the Pines on Tarlee Rd was our second stop and was absolutely amaaazing! The Pines was very well maintained by the council, had a beautiful foresty vibe thru out our short hour loop walk, was well known for echidna's which we didnt come across unfortunately, also attracted a wide range of native birds! On top of that, it had a long history dating back to around 1879 (correct me if Im wrong pls!), as it used to supply water thru its water tower, operation house and pipe all the way to the thriving town of Kapunda - i.e. Kapunda was the first country town in SA that had a reservior back then! I have attached a few photos, and love to share the joy with you from our walk at the Pines (the Pines photos begin with the park entrance photo I took, before that it is Rocks Reserve) :)

By the way, the gluten free Kewpie brand mayo is a new arrival apart from the other gluten free one which has been around for a while :)

Good morning eveyone, today's 18 May Monday - hope you had a relaxing weekend?

I always love to share a bit about what we did on our weekend (only if we did anything special on Sunday which is my only weekend day) - well, this past Sunday we discovered an absolutely goooorgeous wetlands where we had a leisure walk for the first time :) It is called "Laratinga Wetlands" (not far from Mt Barker town centre if you drive). The wetlands was sooo beautiful, it has a couple of lakes of various sizes & a couple of creeks with flowing water, many trails for walk and jogging, densely populated trees which makes the place quite foresty, constant singing from a wide range of birds... We absolutely enjoyed our time there, we will definately be back! ❤️ Some photos from our walk are attached to share the joy with you if you're keen to flick thru 😉 Oh, by the way, we came across an adorable superb fairy wren - sorry the photos are a bit blurry as the bird was kind of close but not close close 😁

Anyway, I will be serving my freshly made crispy pork dumplings today, and yes, a new week has begun! So, I will see you in my shop 👍

Re preordering frozen pork dumplings

Yesterday I had customers who came in asking re frozen dumplings that they were interested in buying for their cooking at home, I thought I posted this (again) if you're NEW to frozen dumplings sale at my shop :)

Please feel free to have a read - it can be up to two weeks for the making depending on how many orders I have received (sometimes it can be ready within a week). Easy to store them (in your freezer) and they come handy 😉

Prepayment is required - in store or bank transfer, whichever suits you. Thank you for your attention ❤️
