Today is a bit of a sad day for the Gayndah Meat Hall as it is Dave’s last day working in our shop. Dave stepped in to help us out following Merv’s horse riding accident. The original plan was to stay for a few weeks. A few weeks turned to six months.. We are beyond appreciative of the help Dave has given to the team. His enthusiasm and work ethic are to be admired and we will be eternally grateful to him. Thanks for all of the jokes, laughter and the different perspectives that you have shared with us Dave! We wish you all of the best in your next venture!
