To my valued customers and followers,
After great consideration and some time reflecting, it’s with a heavy heart that I announce I’m hanging up my apron and permanently closing the oven door to Di’s Gluten Free Delights.
The past 18 months have been challenging, both personally and professionally and with the rising costs of ingredients, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to close up shop.
It has been an absolute joy to bake and share these gluten free treats with all of you. I am so grateful for your support, and I want to send a special shout out to my family and friends who have been there every step of the way, this journey wouldn’t have been possible without them.
Thank you again for all your orders and love over the last few years.
