Breaky prep for next week.
Quino and chia porridge with berries, mango, dark choc and caramel yopro.
-27gm of protien
-68gm of carbohydrates
-18gm of fat
I go with quinoa and chia as oates unfortunately blow me up like a balloon. This one's a bit carby so ill go easy on the carbs for lunch and dinner to balance the day out as best I can.
