How’s everyone doing? It’s the end of the first week of the new financial year. Running a business is real, yo.
Did you know we pivoted earlier this year? Yeah, the strategy was going to be pay-by-weight. (Bowl weight, not your weight, obvs.) Changed our minds. Three bowl sizes, one set price for each. So much better.
You ever do that, change your mind on something? Is there something nagging at you right now, that you can’t make up your mind about? We can’t help with that, ‘cos we’re a salad bar and choice is what we’re made of.
But stay with it, that thing that’s nagging you. It’s probably important, just like tax returns and school holiday planning and what to wear during the world cup (it matters).
So we pivoted, and we’ve got this far, and it’s been real. If YOU have read this far, you too are a real one, bordering on unreal.
