Sprout House Farms is an organic urban farm specialising in gourmet edibles. We deliver living microgreens, edible flowers, baby veg & baby leaf right to your door 4 days per week. Our range of Microgreens Starter Kits and gift packs, organic seeds and sprouting supplies are available for purchase through our online shop at www.sprouthousefarms.com.au. You can also purchase a range of easy-to-grow

edible flower seeds in our online shop. Many of the seeds have been harvested and packaged right here at Sprout House Farms and are regularly tested for viability to ensure you get the best and freshest seeds possible. Our living microgreens are delightfully delicious (if we do say so ourselves. People are often amazed to learn just how delicious and nutritious microgreens and sprouts are (studies have shown that weight by weight microgreens are often hundreds of times more nutrient-dense than their adult counterparts). And it's so easy to do in your own home! Let us show you how. All of our Microgreens Starter Kits come with easy step-by-step instructions. Most of our microgreen varieties are ready to harvest in just 7-14 days, which means you can have some of the most nutrient-dense foods available, growing in your own kitchen all year round! Kids love to help grow them too, and best of all, kids love to eat what they grow. We care about the planet and our health so we use only certified organic seeds and our packaging and growing media is made from compostable plant materials that don't cost the earth.
