***Zenith Winter Break Extension***

We're extending our Winter Break, and closed for August. We're re-opening the Zenith Tasting Room the 3rd of September.

The last 4 weeks have gone in a flash, while we've been busily making stock and new products. With only a week to go before we were supposed to reopen, we're only half-way re-stocked. 😓

We've had a massive amount to catch up on, with the busy first half of 2026 and with Serena's leg break.

The online store will still be open, and apologies to everyone that was looking forward to us being back next week. We look forward to being back, with new cocktails of the month and new products on the way too. 🍸🍓

On our winter break we've been flat out making stock and catching up on the busy 2026 we've had. 🗓️

The new batches of limoncello are really interesting. On the right is batch 17 (darker), and on the left is batch 19 (lighter) , both batches from different lemon trees of locally grown George Town organic lemons. 🍋

Its amazing to see the difference in local lemons grown in the same climate. It just adds to our philosophy using seasonal botanicals and fruits to make our unique gins and liqueurs. 🍸

Thankyou to everyone who has supplied lemons to us, we really appreciate it, they are amazing and too many to list all the wonderful people who have made the limoncello very special, unique and local. 😊

What a fantastic way to finish off our last weekend before out Winter Break. 🤩

Thankyou for everyone who came out and braved the wild weather for our Japanese Gin masterclasses. We had a great time and was taken back by all the positive feedback and how popular the mastercalss was. 😊

A huge thankyou to Kimmy at Kimmy's Dream Cafe for the catering for the 3 events, the wonderful sushi platters and the incredible matcha cheesecakes that were a massive hit over the entire weekend too. 🍣🍰

Thankyou for everyone who came along and we'll be holding more masterclasses, gin making classes and a pre-release event for the Zenith Mulberry Liqueur over the coming months once we're back from our Winter Break. 🍓🍸🔬

Just a reminder that the Tasting Room will be closed from Monday 13th July to Wednesday 12th August for our Winter break ❄❄

So this is the last week before break to come and see us and have a cocktail or stock up on your Zenith Gins & Liqueurs to get you through till we come back 🙂

The online store will remain open however just be aware we may be a little slower than normal in posting the order as we will not always be at the distillery.

The Zenith team will be back on Thursday 13th August, fully rested and restocked, ready for the busy season 😊

***Zenith Winter Break Announcement***

We're looking forward to taking a short break over the winter months from the 13th of July to the 12th of August 2026. 🌨

We'll be spending some time together up at Cradle Mountain, on the elusive hunt for snow for Serena again this year and some R&R. ❄🔥

We'll also be busily making some up some summer stock and a new product along the way too. 🤫

Thankyou to all the wonderful friends & customers who have supported us the last 5 months since Serena's broken leg. It means the world to us, and looking forward to be back all refreshed and ready to go. 😊

The next two Japanese Gin Tasting Events are now completely booked out!! 😊

These events will be held on Saturday 11th July and Sunday 12th July between 3pm-5pm. Unfortunately that means that we will be unable to take any bookings for that time slot on those two days.

If you missed out on this event, don't despair. We will be holding some more events later in the year. Keep an eye on our socials so you don't miss out.

Also, if you have any suggestions on what you would like to see us do in our masterclasses leave a comment below. We would love to hear your thoughts ❤️

Thankyou to everyone for the amazing weekend we had over World Gin Day 2026. 🍸

We were packed and unfortunately had to turn people away over the weekend with the Japanese Gin Tasting Masterclass, with people turning out even in the wild weather over the weekend. A big thankyou to Ram who came in for a tasting and left us a wonderful review, we truly appreciate your kind words and feedback. 😊

Given that the Japanese Gin Tasting (Zenith Mujo vs Japan) was very popular & successfull (and great fun for us too), we're planning to hold another one in ~ 1 months time in mid July. We'll be reaching out to the people who missed out this time first, then release the details on the socials. 🗓️
