Oops I have a FAIL!!

Made my weekly batch of granola and forgot to set a timer - got distracted and it burnt 🥵. Should have put the timer on Thermie but was trying to do too many things as once!!

Any hoo am hoping I caught it before it is totally unsalvageable, and served with some vanilla yoghurt it will be ok 🤷‍♀️🤞.

Love you to share your fails in the kitchen to make me feel better 🤣.

Ok I’ve got a family favourite for dinner tonight. It’s my go to meal for these reasons:

💚 my son LOVES it
💚 it’s versatile - I’ve made it with chicken, tuna and vegetarian. Added extra veggies as well.

I’ve shared it so many times before an no doubt there will be lots more times too.

Another winter warming soup recipe!

I skipped making the cashew sour cream as I had some traditional sour cream in the fridge. Made it a quick, delicious and nourishing Saturday night meal.

Are you a bean lover? I am - think I could happily be a vegetarian 🤣 not a vegan though - love my cheese too much!!

Then if I divide the number of times I actually use my Thermie into the cost - it’s practically free 🤩🤩

Imagine if I had a TM31, TM5 or TM6 to trade in - my profits would be huge 🤣👏
