Or, for the freshest results, we can set up an onsite kitchen where our team indulges in the art of preparing fresh food to order. And because we’re so captivated with food, we also offer an array of cooking classes in our revamped kitchen. In these classes you will enjoy the connection, taste and experience that is shared by our resident chef. • Plated Service Menu
Under your direction our qualified chefs will craft elegant plated meals to suit your guests and your budget. Under direction we are happy to source speciality ingredients and locally grown produce, ensuring your guests are left talking about your event for the right reasons. Friday Nights and Sunday Lunches upstairs at the Geraldton Yacht Club, best views over the foreshore and great beverages at club prices.

Indulge your corporate clients, or impress your friends with a fully catered Melbourne Cup luncheon. We provide menus fitting for this day of elegance and indulgence. o Christmas Lunch
We cater for large groups or individuals with our personalised tables and shared long table dining. Every year at GYBES we invite you to join us for a sumptuous Christmas buffet that your entire family and friends will enjoy. A selection of hot and cold main fare including seafood, cured ham, turkey with all the trimmings and handcrafted desserts will be on offer. To make this day even better, you are welcome to BYO all drinks. o Valentines Day
If dining at home, show your loved one just how much you care.. Entrée and Dessert will be delivered ready to be served and all you need to do is apply the “final” cooking time to the main course with easy to follow instructions. All ingredients to impress are supplied. And we can even cater for the little cherubs too! Or if you are planning a romantic outing our team can prepare a gourmet hamper to melt any heart. o Mothers Day/Anniversaries/Special Occasions/Concerts

• Beverages Menu
Allow us to guide you through the process of selecting beverages to suit your guest list. We will apply for a liquor license for your venue and offer several beverage packages for you to choose from. You may choose a ‘consumption only’ package to ensure you only pay for what is consumed, or perhaps you’d prefer to supply your own drinks and have our RSA qualified attendants serve them. Our beverage service options can include glassware hire, bar table hire and set-up, linen tablecloth, ice and containers, set-up and pack-down of the function and removal of all rubbish. Dalgleish Catering can cater to your event at the venue of your choosing, including your own home. If you’re unsure of the ideal venue for your event, we are happy to provide information and meet you onsite to help you envisage the ideal design, hire equipment and venue layout. We’ve been doing this for years, and it’s our passion, so we would be thrilled to provide tips and tricks you may never even have considered. It’s this expert guidance that can take an event from ho-hum to outstanding. We can transport food from our commercial kitchen to your venue using our purpose built truck. We can work in the venue kitchen or create a pop up mobile kitchen out in the middle of nowhere. GYBES Events and Functions Centre - Geraldton Yacht Club
Looking to wow your guests with a venue to impress? GYBES Events and Functions offers a stunning venue in the heart of Geraldton. Housed in a fully restored heritage building at 214 Marine Terrace, the venue is situated on the Geraldton Foreshore and have the capacity to offer an external grassed area for hire with ocean views. We can seat up to 200 guests and cater for Weddings, Luncheons, Trade Shows, Conferences, Corporate Dinners, Forums and more. With a magnificent jarrah dance floor, round or long tables, chairs and glassware, onsite commercial kitchen and ready to go bar area this is the venue of choice when it comes to simplicity and impressing your guests.

Fired by a passion for great food and cooking, qualified chef Steve Dalgleish is now opening the kitchen to individuals and corporate to deliver regular cooking classes. Participants will experience the magic of good food, the connection and the love and laughter that goes with it! From the Dalgleish Catering commercial kitchen, Steve instructs you on the art of cooking under a big line up of different themes – think Seafood, Italian, Mexican, Petite Sweets and more. You craft the meals while you’re there under Steve’s expert eye and then, the best bit, you get to eat them too! Classes last three hours and all ingredients and cooking utensils are supplied. Classes numbers are limited in numbers and have been selling out early.
