🌱Asparagus $5/bunch (very limited stock)

Unfortunately our Asparagus is of limited supply but it is really tender! We find that daily picking and not over harvesting makes for uniquely tender and fresh Asparagus spears. But it could be the mineral rich ground water or river bed soil. Either way it’s one of those things you just have to try for yourself if you haven't already. Please shoot us a message with your experiences and theories along with your recipes. Josh prefers to bake it in olive oil with a quality salt, black pepper and parmesan. Available on the Farm stall and the Shenton street stall.

Good News, The Italian Rosada plants are handling the scorching sun a little better then we thought they would. Rockmelon vines generally produce the sweetest fruit in hottest weather, but only If you can keep the water up to them. You'll notice the slight sunburn on the surface of the skin this time of year. It's Superficial but it does make for some funny looking fruit. 😄

Beautiful Italia Rosada Rockmelons going out this afternoon. just in time for the weekend. Less then $3.99kg Some odd bunch Rosada's as well with a little sunburn on the skin going out even cheaper.

More amazing traditional long Watermelons picked in the last 24 hours going out now as well. touch yellow on the skin from the sun but no difference inside. less then $1.59kg
